Repetition Rhythm: The pillows, wallpaper, and wall decor.
Gradation Rhythm: Jars and boxes on the end of the couch.

Design Challenge

Space: The space allows people to walk freely but maintain comfortable.
Line: There are many different lines including diagonal and vertical. This really bring out the spunk in this waiting room making it cheer.
Form: Allows the object to take space up but also fit the room well. Form allows the appearance to look professional.
Texture: The texture from the frames on the wall give a funcky feeling and also the tactile rug would allow people to relax.

Textural effect

Visual- Couch, wall decor, cross wall decor, and the candles.
The effect they give off is a largely view of different eye textures, textures to the eye.

Tactile- Mirror, flowers, rug, and sculpture.
The effect gives these items a rough and poky feel when touching the items.

Audible- Chair,vase, pillows, and the rug.
Theses items give us a feel in how we hear them like smooth or rough sounding.

These textures give the room a certain feel for example this room comes off as being spuky and calm.

Elements of Design: Line

      The placement of these line are vertical. The effect it gives off is a springy feeling and give a different feeling. The feeling of the line give you a calm and soothing feeling.
      The placement of curved lines give off texture. The help you bring your eyes to the color and designs of the lines. The feeling is more fun and cheery kind of line because they are twisted and turned and the colors definitely bring in the eye.    These lines are horizontal line. The lines on the wall give off a sense of relaxation. The colors also help relax the homeowner. The feeling is calm and creative with the animal print and different set of lines that are given.       The placement of the diagonal lines would be as a wall paper and the mirror. The lines are giving a texture look, especially pointy with the mirror.These colors of the diagonal walls and mirror give off a sense of a whimsical feeling.

Color Forecast

 

I choose to use yellow, blue, and brown to inspire people in color forecast. Yellow suggests that ultimately hopeful about the future. Blue is associated with dependability, constancy and peace. Blue colors help sooth the mind and soul. Brown is neutral and is very common being paired with blue. Bright colors and neutral colord are the best to use to have a BRIGHT spirit. Textures and lines really helped  give a good bright feeling for this room.
